CHECK-OUT: We ask our guests to help with the following items at checkout -Wash and dry all towels -Wash and put away used dishes -Take out trash -Take trash can to the curb if you are staying on Sunday night NO PARTIES! We live in a mature and quiet neighborhood. City of Phoenix ordinance prohibits disruptive noise after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, community, and local law. No smoking/vaping inside the house or you will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee and may be asked to leave prior to your departure date. Pets are not allowed. If any pets are brought to the property you will incur a $500 fee and will be asked to leave prior to your departure date.

Neighborhood

Our home is located in north central Phoenix. You will be just minutes from the 51 Freeway, 23 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport, and 15 minutes from the popular Kierland and Biltmore Districts. Situated on the south side of Lookout Mountain, you will be a short walk from the park and hiking trail heads.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage. You will be given a keyless entry code for use throughout the stay. There are two parking spots in the driveway with a 3rd parking spot option on the gravel side yard. Street parking also allowed/free.

Comfortable house for our golf trip. Loved being so close to Lookout Mountain, which made for a great morning hike… and a scenic view from the backyard. A stocked Keurig machine and welcome goodies were much appreciated!

We had an amazing stay at this home for a 40th birthday golf weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The host was fantastic to communicate with—responsive, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful from start to finish. The home itself was perfect for our group: clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly as described. It was an ideal setup for a celebratory weekend and made the entire trip easy and enjoyable. Matthew was a great host! He answered any question in a timely manner and was extremely accommodating. The house was absolutely perfect!! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was awesome! The view from the master bathroom is beautiful and impressive! And the master bath was incredible!! The decor was simple and sweet. We were impressed with all of the extra stuff like snacks in the kitchen, extra trash bags, extra paper towels and toilet paper, plenty of coffee pods and sugar. I loved the “just in case” box. We didn’t use anything from it but it’s was stocked with batteries, phone chargers, headache meds and more. We’d definitely book this house again. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We walked from the house to the trail head for Lookout Mountain. It was a somewhat easy trail but beautiful nonetheless. You won’t be disappointed with this house!!

The outdoor space is monitored by security cameras for our mutual safety/security. We have taken every precaution to ensure your children's safety. All doors and windows leading to the back yard have a secure locking mechanism. The patio door leading to the pool is self closing. That said, PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR KIDS OUT BACK UNSUPERVISED AND PLEASE WATCH YOUR KIDS AROUND WATER. There is no pool fence around the perimeter of the pool.
